At Universal Furniture, customer satisfaction comes first. Upon delivery to your home in Bengaluru, our white-glove setup team will unpack, place, and assemble your furniture. We invite you to thoroughly inspect the woodwork, upholstery, stitching, and mechanisms before signing the delivery acceptance receipt.
2. Transit Damage & Defect Replacements

3. Custom Made-to-Order Pieces
Because custom furniture is crafted to your unique floor measurements and bespoke fabric choices, customized pieces cannot be returned due to change of mind once production is completed. However, all custom pieces are fully protected under our 10-Year Structural Frame Warranty.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated immediately and credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
